The Cattle Exchange coordinates everything that stands between a sale and the buyer receiving what they paid for: collection, slaughter, cutting and delivery. That work is carried out by a trusted network of providers, and if you run one of these operations, we would value working with you.
Registered abattoirs
Slaughter work for buyers who add own-use processing to an order. By law, only registered abattoirs may carry it out, and we route it accordingly.
Licensed cutting facilities
Cutting, deboning and butchery for orders, at facilities holding a Certificate of Acceptability.
Transporters
Livestock transport for the collection and delivery of live animals, and cold-chain transport for orders that involve meat.
Veterinarians
Health and movement support across the network, recorded against every job it touches.
